Gaugr Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Gaugr Platform, an advanced data-driven engagement system designed for businesses to interact with their customers and collect feedback in real time.

Our platform is engineered to handle high-throughput engagement, secure data storage, and intelligent analytics, ensuring businesses can leverage customer insights effectively. The platform supports Free, Pro, and Super tiers, each with varying levels of customization, verification, and analytics capabilities.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with notice. We will notify users of material changes via email or our website.

2. Data Protection & Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Our platform utilizes end-to-end encryption, secure authentication, and robust access control mechanisms to ensure data integrity and privacy. We do not sell or share user data with third parties without explicit consent.

Businesses using Gaugr must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA, when engaging with their customers. Any unauthorized data collection or misuse of user information will result in immediate account termination.

3. Business & User Interactions

The Gaugr Platform facilitates interactions between businesses and their customers. Businesses can use our tools to gather structured feedback, issue surveys, and create customer experience reports.

Customers engaging with businesses on Gaugr retain full control over their data and have the ability to opt out of participation in feedback processes at any time. Our mission is to create transparent, data-driven engagements while upholding the highest standards of consumer privacy.

4. Payment & Fees

Fees are charged based on your selected tier (Free, Pro, or Super) and additional gauges tracked via Stripe. All charges are billed monthly, and payments are non-refundable. If you exceed your plan's limits, additional fees will apply.

5. Security & Compliance

We employ state-of-the-art cybersecurity measures, including multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, and automated threat detection, to safeguard all user and business data. Data transmissions within the Gaugr Platform utilize TLS 1.3 encryption, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of interactions.

Businesses leveraging our platform must adhere to best security practices, including ensuring that their own customer data management complies with applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or government action.
